CONNECTION: 21 day challenge to ground in your true self: self study challenge
They say it takes 21 days to ingrain a new habit. I have created a 21-day challenge to help you connect to the core of your power and listen to your true self, using a multi-faceted approach for a multi-faceted life, with a time commitment of 20-30 minutes per day, optional 10-15 minutes to relax at night with sound, and a 1 hour block on the weekend to help you reset for your week (this is optional if you have less time).
The 21-day challenge is divided up into three weeks: SOFTEN, GROUND, and CONNECT. CHI GONG helps me soften and circulate fluidity. DAHN YOGA creates awareness of vibration that’s always in our body and to activate powerful sensation in each energy center. BREATHWORK and SOUNDING through the body helps to create sensitivity and a conversation within that can be aided with journaling, listening and creative exploration. And finally, SOUND MEDITATION is the most powerful method I have found thus far to directly experience the true self. We will utilize all these methods each week towards playful self-inquiry.
Make 20-30 minutes each day for the daily movement and alignment video, re-watch or add a 10 minute sound supplement if you need refocusing or calm. Once a week you can enjoy a longer sound meditation to deepen relaxation.
By the end of the challenge, you will have a clear visceral understanding of your deeper truth, know what works for you going forward, and feel confident that you can quickly ground when your emotions or thoughts go wild.
